Training Options

InLeadS can design or tailor training to meet your specific needs. If we do not have expertise on the specific topic, we are happy to identify and partner with someone who can provide content expertise. For example, we partner with several organizations whose primary work is organizational dynamics and systems change, as well as leadership and human resources development.

Person Centered Approaches for Healthcare Decision Making

This 18-hour course is for anyone interested in developing Facilitator of Advance Care Planning skills. This training can be provided on-site or virtually, and is typically spread out over six-twelve weeks, with partner work accomplished in between each module.

This is a highly interactive training with participants working in small groups and partners to learn, practice and develop skills in Advance Care Planning including understanding the role of the facilitator, understanding the differences between capacity and competency, applying a continuum of decision authority, working through specific advance care planning decisions, and developing advance directives.

Reach out to us for a conversation about your specific needs and we'll share a basic agenda. While we have a standardized raining available, we're finding it more helpful to tweak the curriculum for specific organizational needs.
